Senior Expert, Digital and CX Lead - Volvo Car Japan

1. Job Description (not limited to)

  • Digital / UX strategy and design, and related mid- to long-term roadmap development support from digital aspectsDigital / UX strategy and design, and related mid- to long-term roadmap development support from digital aspects
  • UX, Digital Tool Deployment and Activation

 

2. Requirement

  • Experience in project management and working with business side or within business to solve problems and achieve goals
  • Knowledge and experience in general digital marketing, CRM, data integration, and systems
  • General knowledge of internal systems, including customer databases, and a problem-solving attitude
  • Must be able to coordinate and implement in English (not necessarily fluent, but must be able to correctly communicate and explain data collaboration and digital design)
  • Experience and knowledge of Salesforce and MA tools is desirable
  • Experience in development, implementation and improvement of digital products using agile methodology
  • Skill in coordinating and negotiating with relevant departments  to manage the overall progress of task realization, and to collaborate with a number of supplier in a good relationship.
