HR Manager CC Japan ITBA （人事部長）Locations: Yokohama or Nagoya

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager for Industrial Technique Business Area Customer Center Japan (ITBA Japan). Reporting to the General Manager and serving on the Customer Center Leadership Team, this role drives People & Culture strategy, processes, and initiatives that support business goals and organizational growth.

YOUR TASKS:

• Lead People & Culture activities aligned with business and global HR strategy.
• Partner with management, providing practical HR guidance.
• Drive talent management, learning, leadership, and employee development initiatives.
• Coordinate performance and competence reviews and follow-up.
• Improve HR systems, workflows, and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Lead or support initiatives in T&A, EB, DE&I, digitalization, HR reporting, personnel administration, and global HR projects.

YOUR PROFILE:

• University degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Several years of HR management experience, ideally including HRBP, HR development, systems, administration, and payroll coordination.
• Leadership experience and ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of Japanese labor and social legislation, with business-level fluency in Japanese and English.
• Strong communication, planning, organization, collaboration, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
