As part of the official visit by the Danish Minister of Digitalization, Ali Cevik, the Founder and CEO of HR-ON, a leading Danish Recruitment & HR solutions provider, is visiting Japan.
During the visit Mr. Cevik will speak to a selected audience invited by Keio University as well as public sector representatives from Japanese regions and cities on various topics across HR-ON’s leading work on Equity and Inclusion, Value Based Management (Measuring on output, not time, through self-governing teams), Ai and Sustainable design in HR.
During the event will Mr. Cevik discuss following topics:

Mr. Cevik is a dynamic force in the world of Human Resources, Information Technology, and Training and Education. With over two decades of both national and international experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a global perspective to the table. His impressive portfolio includes successful HR, IT, and educational projects for esteemed organizations such as the World Bank, United Nations, and EU Commission.
But what truly sets Mr. Cevik apart is his unique approach to Value-Based Management, a philosophy he shares through HR-ON’s vision and experience. His personal narrative as a child of immigrant parents, coupled with HR-ON’s pioneering approach to management and organization, adds a compelling dimension to his presentations.
