• Payment via credit card is required at the time of registration.

• Cancellations made after October 9 and no-shows on the event day will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

• Seats are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Please note that registration may close earlier than the deadline without prior notice once capacity is reached.
