Business Analyst

The mission is to introduce and operate digital products that promote our CX strategy, and to create a customer experience that makes the Volvo brand even more tangible.
You will be responsible for everything from project launch to completion (definition of needs, conversion to executable functional requirements, development of user stories and test cases, and provision of documentation as necessary).
Cooperation with internal and external development teams is essential.
In addition, we will check whether the output is consistent with the organization's business strategy, architecture, compliance and governance, and digital governance.
You will be responsible for product performance analysis and report creation as needed.
Experience in developing products from customer journey strategies and roadmaps, and working with digital products based on an understanding of customer needs is required.
