You are required to understand the HR/L&D customer market and manage complex end-to-end B2B sales processes independently, using a consultative approach and executing needs analyses, value proposition definitions and negotiations with C-level stakeholders at some of Japan’s biggest companies.

  • Work with BDR team to prospect for new business and set up meetings
  • Utilize presentation assets to plan and prepare prospect/client pitches and proposals
  • Develop a solid and trusting relationship with prospects and clients
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and establish a timeline of performance
  • Analyze client data to provide client insights and improve customer relationship management
  • Expand market network to create new client pipelines

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of successful B2B solutions selling experience
  • Japanese (C1 required) and English (B1 at least)
  • Curious, driven, globally oriented salesperson who wants to build a career at a rapidly growing and extremely innovative education company.
