Key Account Manager for Korean market – Hult EF Corporate Education

We are seeking a B2B Account Manager who will be based in Tokyo and specifically in charge of developing Korean market to work with some of local and international companies in South Korea – helping them to advance their global strategic objectives by improving their employees' intercultural communication, language and leadership skills.
This is a sales hunter and relationship manager position. This job requires persistence, a strategic mindset and creativity, and has huge potential for the right person. You will be a strategic consultant – helping your clients address their most significant global challenges around managing and developing talent. In the process, you'll help thousands of professionals enhance their communication and leadership skills and gain critical tools for advancing their own career growth.

Who will succeed in this role?
We are looking for a person with 3+ years of successful B2B solutions selling experience, who speaks Korean fluently (C1 required) and at least intermediate-level English. But most importantly, we are seeking a curious, driven, globally oriented salesperson who wants to build a career at a rapidly growing and extremely innovative education and travel company.

More specifically, you should be able to:

  • Manage complex end-to-end B2B sales processes independently, using a consultative approach and executing needs analyses, value proposition definitions and negotiations with C-level stakeholders
  • Analyze economic situation in South Korea in order to map and identify new business opportunities in the country.
