JOB OBJECTIVE: Responsible for all sales activities, from prospecting to closing, in an assigned region and defined set of accounts. Develop  and  implement  an  agreed  plan  which  will  meet  the business  goals  of  increasing  sales  to  the customer base and improving customer satisfaction.

Report to: Area Sales Manager (Business Line Manager if an Area Sales Manager is not appointed) 


  1. Identifies the business line position within the region – Market Share, Sales, Strengths-Weaknesses- Opportunities-Threats (SWOT), and Competition;
  2. Utilizes the Atlas Copco Customer Prospecting System to identify new customers in the region;
  3. Proposes,develops,andexecutes a plan for the region based on an agreed target from the Area Sales Manager, information from the Segment Application Guide, and feedback from all applicable Segment Leaders or Key Account Managers, and distributors. 

Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferable) in engineering or business school and/or equivalent

Experience: 2+ years of experience in business to business sales and customer relations management (preferable)

Language: Fluent (spoken & written) in Japanese is mandatory, Business fluent (spoken & written) in English or high motivation to improve own English skill.

Location: Kyushu Area
